How to Change Your Membership Check-In Frequency

Any member who has completed 4 weeks of weekly check-ins within the last year is eligible to switch their membership check-in frequency. Discuss with your coach what level of support is best for you and your goals.

How do I change my membership option? 

There are two ways to change your membership option:

1. You can change your membership option directly at this link .

2. In your Stronger U App:

  • Click on your photo or initial icon in the top right corner.
  • Select “My Account” where you will be prompted to go to shop.strongeru.com to sign in to your account.
  • Once logged in, click “Subscriptions” in the left corner of the screen.
  • On the product page, select "Monthly Membership". 
  • From the "Frequency" dropdown, select your preferred check-in frequency.

Where can I check my membership status including my end date of current membership?

In your Stronger U App:

  • Click on your photo or initial icon in the top right corner.
  • When the fly-out menu expands, click "Account." You will then be prompted to go to shop.strongeru.com to sign in and view your subscription details.

When you change your check-in frequency, the price change is reflected in your next payment and follows the same payment cadence. Your new check-in frequency goes into effect the day after your current membership option expires.

 

Can I keep the same coach when I change my check-in frequency?

Yes
