The recipe index is an always-on recipe library found on the home screen of the member-facing app. It is available to all active members. Each month, as more recipes are added to the content cards, they will be added to the index!
Members can not only view past recipes of the month but also add them directly to the Stronger U Nutrition tracker.
Members can also link to the Stronger U Recipe Library from the index to access an even more robust catalog of Stronger U recipes.
HOW TO ADD A RECIPE FROM THE INDEX TO THE TRACKER
- From the HOME screen, tap on the card labeled RECIPE INDEX
- Choose desired recipe and tap on the title
- Scroll to the bottom of the recipe and tap ACCEPT
- The recipe will now show under RECIPES in the member's food log.
HOW TO ADD A RECIPE OF THE MONTH TO THE SU NUTRITION TRACKER
- Tap on the desired recipe
- Tap "Add THIS RECIPE"
- Scroll to the bottom of the recipe
- Tap "Accept"
- The recipe will now show under RECIPES in the member's food log.
