Check-Ins: The Most Powerful Tool for Your Success

Your consistent check-ins with your coach—a credentialed nutrition expert—provide a holistic view of your progress and propel you to achieve your goals. They give your coach the insight they need to assess, provide feedback, offer suggestions to issues you may not be aware of, and adjust your program and macronutrient targets as needed. Naturally, the more frequently you check-in, the more accountability you’ll get, the more supported you’ll feel, and the more efficiently you’ll progress.  

 

A Whole-Person Approach 

Check-ins support nutrition-specific outcomes and various aspects of your overall health to impact your physical and mental well-being. We use evidence-based behavior change methodologies to help members make healthy habits become a part of their new lifestyle long-term. In addition to nutrition, your coach may offer personalized suggestions to optimize sleep, get more movement, and to reduce stress so you can feel better and live better. 

 

Membership Options 

Weekly* Check-In ($159/month)  

  • 4 in-depth coach check-in reviews per month that cover nutrition and lifestyle components
  • Weekly dedicated coach time to work together on solutions to challenges and highlight opportunities to accelerate your progress
  • Best for members who are establishing habits and honing skills 
  • Quickest feedback and program adjustments 
  • Maximum support and accountability to achieving an existing goal or setting a new goal 
  • Highest level of regularly scheduled communication 
  • Most opportunities for self-reflection 
  • Most efficient check-in frequency for short goal timelines and the fastest progress

Once you’ve completed a minimum of 4 weeks as a Stronger U member with weekly check-ins, you may continue with weekly check-ins or choose from two additional options based on your personal preferences, goals, and lifestyle! Talk with your coach about the best path to continue your journey with the flexibility you want and the accountability you need.     

  

Bi-Weekly Check-In ($119/month)       

  • 2 in-depth coach check-in reviews per month that cover nutrition and lifestyle components
  • Bi-weekly dedicated coach time to work together on solutions to challenges and highlight opportunities to accelerate your progress 
  • Accountability for members who have consistent, steady progress toward their goal 
  • Next step toward more independence and potentially less tracking
  • Less regularly scheduled communication  
  • Appropriate for longer goal timelines or as an intermission in goal progress 

  

Monthly Check-In ($99/month)  

  • 1 in-depth coach check-in reviews per month that cover nutrition and lifestyle components 
  • Monthly dedicated coach time to work together on solutions to challenges and highlight opportunities to accelerate your progress 
  • Less regular contact with your coach makes this option best for maintaining progress toward a goal or for some accountability after a goal is achieved 
  • Best for members who have integrated habits and skills into their lifestyle 
  • Least regularly scheduled communication to encourage more independence while still having the benefit of coach support 
  • Appropriate for long term or maintenance timelines 

With the recurring monthly membership, you can change your check-in frequency prior to the next billing date. A check-in frequency change will take effect the day after your current membership billing cycle expires. 

 

FAQ 

Who is eligible to change their membership option?  

Members who completed 4 weeks of weekly check-ins within a year are eligible to change their membership option to a different check-in frequency. 

What if I'm a member who wants to rejoin Stronger U after 1 year of inactivity? 

Members inactive for 12 months or more need to complete 4 weeks of weekly check-ins again before reducing check-in frequency.  

Can I keep the same coach when I change my check-in frequency? 

Yes! You can keep your coach throughout your entire journey at Stronger U, regardless of membership type. Or you may contact our Member Experience Team to switch to a new coach at any time.  

Can previous members request their former coach if they want to rejoin? 

Yes, you can request your former coach. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee. Placement is subject to coach availability.  

How do I decide if I want to switch my check-in frequency?  

Consult your coach on the best membership option for you and your specific goals. 

How do I change my membership option?  

There are two ways to change your membership option:

1. You can change your membership option directly at this link .

2. In your Stronger U App:

  • Click on your photo or initial icon in the top right corner.
  • Select “My Account” where a new browser will open and you will be prompted to sign in to your account again.
  • Once logged in, click “Subscriptions” in the left corner of the screen.
  • On the product page, select "Monthly Membership". 
  • From the "Frequency" dropdown, select your preferred check-in frequency.

If I change my membership, when does the credit-card payment process?  

When you change your check-in frequency,  the price change is reflected in your next payment and follows the same payment cadence. Your new check-in frequency goes into effect the day after your current membership option expires

Your new check-in frequency goes into effect the day after your current membership option expires. For example, if you are switching from weekly to bi-weekly and purchase a new membership option with 7 days left in your weekly membership, you’ll have to finish those 7 days left in weekly before your bi-weekly check-in frequency goes into effect.  

How long does this new check-in frequency last?  

Recurring memberships are on a 4-week (28 days) billing cycle and will continue to automatically renew unless a change is made. 

Where can I check my membership status including my end date of current membership? 

In your Stronger U App, click on your photo or initial icon in the top right corner. When the fly-out menu expands, membership status and start/end dates will be displayed under “logout”.  

If I have a promotional membership offer on my current membership and want to switch my check-in frequency, will my promotional offer still apply? 

Any current promotional offers will conclude on the day your current membership option expires and cannot be applied toward to your new check-in frequency.

Can I switch my membership option more than once?  

Yes, you may switch your check-in frequency any time prior to your next billing date. The change will take effect the day after your current membership expires.  

What if my new check-in frequency isn’t working for me?  

Discuss with your coach whether you need more or less support with check-in frequency. For example, if you need more support over the holidays or during certain times of the year, you can modify your check-in frequency specifically for those months. Your coach can advise which membership option may be right for you.
