Weight as a Datapoint

Weighing yourself on a daily basis is one of the primary ways in which we track your progress during your time with Stronger U. Our entire program is based on data. That data includes the food you eat, your exercise, your sleep, how you are feeling, etc. as well as your daily weight. This is not because we feel that the scale is the perfect metric to gauge progress, but over time it does provide an objective marker to determine how we are progressing towards our goals.
