Your coach is away, but we’ve got you covered !
Your coach has informed you that they will be away. You have your instructions, and you know what to do. However, we recognize that things happen unexpectedly, and we want you to know we have your back if and when something comes up, and you need support. Here are the resources available to you:
1. The Stronger U Facebook Community is a wonderful 24/7 resource that can always be accessed for support, from both members and our active Stronger U coaches.
2. Send requests to our Stronger U Support Line by sending a text to (651) 346-2144, and one of our expert on-staff coaches will help you M-F, 8:30am-5pm EST.
In the meantime, continue to check-in, and complete your daily log as usual. Your coach will review your progress upon their return.
