How to onboard members with bi-weekly or monthly check-ins?
If your member is active and going directly from weekly check-ins into
- Bi-weekly check-ins, the app will automatically set the first check-in 14 days from the final weekly check-in
- Monthly check-ins, the app will automatically set the first check-in 28 days from the final weekly check-in
If your member is returning to a Bi-weekly or Monthly check-in after having been inactive:
- Accept the new member in your assignment bucket
- Onboard the new member with a video and/or phone call
-
- Have a conversation about how this will be different now
-
-
- Less check-ins, less accountability
- More responsibly, higher expectations
- Importance of reaching out for help between check-ins
-
- Set their start date and first check-in dates based on program:
-
- Aim to set the first check-in as close to 14 days as possible (+/- 1-2 days) for bi-weekly
-
- Aim for as close to 28 days (+/- 1-2 days) as possible for monthly
- Reach out 1 or 2 days after onboarding the member to make sure they are feeling prepared, supported, and confident.
- Conduct a 1 week “check-up” to reach out and ask questions about how things are going and if they’re still feeling confident and capable and prepared for this new membership program.
-
- Look into their app (and tell them you did) to make sure they’re entering information in daily
-
-
- If they’re following through and logging as you instructed them too, thank them and let them know you took a look and noticed they’re meeting expectations
-
-
-
- If they’re not entering info in, encourage them to do so
-
-
-
-
- Aim for 30 seconds each morning to register sleep and daily morning bodyweight (when applicable)
-
-
- Continue with personalized coach-initiated member reach outs a minimum of once every two weeks
